Our friend Jasper Cuppaidge owns a great pub opposite our shop in Hampstead called The Horseshoe. But what’s really interesting about him is that he brews his own ale and he does this with a huge amount of passion and knowledge.

We were recently invited to the launch of a new Parmesan from Neal’s Yard Dairy at Quo Vadis. Quite an event in the cheese world as for the last ten years nothing has met the standard of the Cravero Baruffi, the only other Parmesan Neal’s Yard carry.
