Made with simple, natural ingredients from an organic British dairy, these very special caramels are cooked in proper copper pans before being hand cut and individually wrapped.

Chloe originally set out to create a bakery but got waylaid in her plans by a passion for what she calls the “allure and simplicity of caramel.” Her previous training as a illustrator clearly gives her an eye for detail and each of her caramels carry the stamp of meticulous craftsmanship from wrapping to last delicious morsel.

We also work closely with Chloe to create exclusive seasonal flavours for our shops - this Halloween you will be able to find her Bonfire Caramels made with treacle and creme fraiche.
