Founded in 2004, for years we have been baking award-winning British food, with a focus on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. You will frequently find us in our kitchen baking much loved classics such as Florentine's, butter shortbread and loaf cakes such as Cherry Madeira and Lemon Drizzle.
