St George's Roast Ham

Cured in a mild and sweet Wiltshire brine, before baking it in a glaze of spiced oranges, cinnamon, mace and cloves. The result is a deliciously mild and moist ham that will delight the whole family. The ham comes boneless as a whole, half or midi, ready to serve.
