Orange Cordial

This 2021 release from Gimlet Bar is a Venetian aperitivi inspired cornucopia of citrus and herbs. It has a rich, floral and zesty flavour with good bitterness from all the lovely roots and herbs.

Sicilian Tarocco blood orange, Seville orange juice, water, sugar, Gimlet Bar blended fruit vinegars*, beetroot juice, Alexander’s plant, rosemary, sage, bay & dandelion root. *May contain sulphites [not added but naturally occurring as a result of fermentation]
